Shipping policy

MonkWear™ processes orders Monday - Friday. Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted during peak seasons or special releases.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.  
• Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.  
• MonkWear™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.  
• If your package shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. MonkWear™ cannot replace items marked as delivered.
